- Take the test in the privacy of your own home and send your sample off to the lab for analysis. Your levels can change over time, so this test can be re-purchased and repeated for ongoing monitoring. Sample type The test requires a capillary blood sample that you can collect from the comfort of your own home using the lancets and sample collection tube provided. Instructions: Scan the QR code for full video instructions and guidance on how to manage your results. Please read the full instruction leaflet carefully before use. Testing Process 1. Register your kit using your unique barcode online at: www.myhealthchecked.com/register-kit/ 2. Once registered, collect your blood sample and post to our laboratory using the prepaid postage bag enclosed. What is tested HDL Cholesterol, non-HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Total Cholesterol, Total Cholesterol: HDL ratio, Triglycerides. Results *When your sample has been processed and reviewed by our doctor, you will receive an email to say you results are ready. This is usually within 48-72 hours of your sample arriving at our laboratory.
