- How to Use
- Please read instructions before use. • Stick the device onto your lower abdomen & hold down the ON/OFF button to turn on. The heat LED flashes and the device begins to heat up. • To switch TENS on, briefly press the ON/OFF button. The TENS LED flashes. To start stimulation, press the ^ button once to activate the lowest intensity. Select your desired intensity level using the ^/v buttons. If you want to use the TENS function without the heat function, press the ON/OFF button again. • To switch off the device, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds. The heat LED and the TENS LED go out. After using the device, remove from your lower abdomen & reapply the protective films to the gel pads to protect them.
