How to Use

Ensure that your TENS Maternity Unit is switched off prior to applying or removing electrodes. Clean the skin of the area where the electrodes are to be placed thoroughly. Allow the skin to dry before applying the electrodes. Connect the leadwires supplied with your TENS Maternity Unit securely to the adhesive electrodes. Remove the adhesive electrodes from the backing and place them on the skin as indicated in the TENS Maternity Unit instruction leaflet. Ensure that the entire surface adheres to the skin. After use, place the electrodes on the backing and store them in the zip-lock pouch. Ensure the zip-lock is closed for optimum storage of the electrodes. Increase the adhesiveness, if needed, by adding a few drops of water onto the adhesive area and gently rub the surface. Due to stock availability issues some of the Boots Maternity TENS unit cartons will contain replacement pads which are in packaging which is not Boots branded, for a short period of time. Please be assured that the replacement pads inside the packaging are exactly the same as the Boots ones and will perform in the same way, it is just the printed pouch packaging which will be visually different.
