Individuals with suspected or diagnosed heart disease or epilepsy – consult a healthcare professional first. Where You Must NOT Place the Pads: On the head, face, or mouth. On the neck or throat – may cause severe muscle spasms, breathing difficulties, or heart rhythm disturbances. Across the chest or near the heart. On the genital area. Simultaneously on both calves or both feet – may affect cardiac function. Over open wounds, rashes, inflamed or infected areas. Over swollen areas, varicose veins, phlebitis, thrombosis, or cancerous lesions. On areas of skin lacking normal sensation. Do NOT Use During These Activities: While bathing or showering. While sleeping. While driving or operating machinery. Near shortwave or microwave therapy equipment (within 1 metre). General Warnings: Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if under treatment for pain. Stop use and consult a professional if: Pain worsens, becomes chronic, or lasts more than 5 days. You experience skin irritation, burns, unusual discomfort, or headaches. Do not apply pads over metal objects like belt buckles or necklaces. Do not modify or alter the device or use third-party accessories. Pad and Unit Handling Precautions: Use both pads at the same time – therapy will not work with only one. Do not move pads during use. Do not overlap or fold the pads. Pads must be placed at least 3 cm apart. Only place pads on clean, dry, healthy adult skin. Store pads on the plastic holder with the sticky side down. Wash pads gently with cold water only – no soap, cloths, or abrasive materials. Replace pads if damaged, no longer sticky, or after approximately 150 uses. Battery and Cord Safety: Use only 2 AAA batteries (alkaline or manganese). Do not mix battery types or brands. Do not remove battery cover during therapy. Do not touch battery terminals during use. Replace the electrode cord if it is damaged or frayed. Dispose of batteries and electronic components according to local regulations. Remove batteries before long-term storage.
