It is designed to safely transmit therapeutic electrical currents through the skin surface to provide targeted, widespread symptomatic relief from acute or chronic neck pain, whiplash discomfort, tension headaches, and cervical muscular strain in adult home healthcare and clinical environments.
- How to Use
- 1. Connect the 2mm pin terminals of your device’s lead wires firmly into the snap-on sockets of the electrode pads. 2. Peel the pads away from the clear plastic release liner by lifting gently from the edge, never pull directly on the wire tails themselves. 3. Place the pads securely across the lumbar region or around the specific site of discomfort, pressing down firmly from the center outward to ensure complete surface contact and a flat seal. 4. Turn your control unit on, select your desired therapy programme, and gradually increase the intensity to an effective, comfortable level. 5. Once the session concludes, turn the device off completely, gently peel the pads off the skin, press them back onto the clear plastic liner, and seal them inside the airtight storage pouch.

- Do not use these electrode pads if you have a fitted cardiac demand pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator, or any other internal electronic medical device, as electrical currents can cause equipment failure. Never apply the electrode pads to broken skin, open wounds, infected areas, active skin rashes, or directly over the front of the neck, temples, or eyes.Always ensure your TENS or EMS device is switched off completely before applying, adjusting, or removing the pads to prevent an accidental, unpleasant electrical jolt.
